Privacy notice.
What this website collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is short because the site does very little.
01What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email address, organization, and optionally your role and organization website; the capability areas you select; and your message.
When the form is submitted, your IP address is used to limit how many submissions can be sent from one connection in a short period. It is held in memory for that purpose and is not stored with your enquiry.
02What it does not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies. Nothing on any page loads from another company’s servers, which is also why you have not been asked to accept anything.
The typeface is served from this site rather than from a font provider, so no request about you leaves it.
03Why, and on what basis
Enquiries are used to respond to you and to assess whether Ferrafox is the right partner for the work you describe. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us.
Your details are not added to a marketing list, and are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
04Who processes it, and for how long
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. The message then sits in our mailbox.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we have context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.
05Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it at all. Write to contact@ferrafox.com and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we deal with you.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
06Client systems
This notice covers this website only. Where Ferrafox operates systems for a client, the client is the controller of the personal data in those systems and their own notice applies. How we handle access to them is set out on the security page.
07Changes
If this notice changes materially, the version here is updated. There is no archive of previous versions because there have not yet been any.
